Free tracked shipping on every pack, USA addresses.
Orders are processed and shipped by our supplier; typical delivery to the USA is 7–12 days.
Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Buyer Protection

Every order is covered by Buyer Protection:

Arrived damaged, defective, or not as described? Contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@glowbario.com with a photo or video of the problem.
We will refund or replace the item. Defective bars are replaced free.
This cover is the protection our supplier provides on every order, passed straight to you.

Order changes & cancellations

Email us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order has not shipped yet, we will change or cancel it free of charge. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but Buyer Protection above still applies on delivery.
